Before the glass, the partition is built as a repeating metal system.
Capsule-shaped metal frames are being fabricated, aligned and assembled to create a continuous glass partition with rhythm, transparency and controlled separation.
01 / The repeating system
A glass partition is only as consistent as the framework behind it.
The finished interior will read as a calm, repeating rhythm. Achieving that effect starts in the workshop, where capsule-shaped frames are formed, checked and assembled to a common geometry.
This project documents the practical work behind that visual order: frame layout, repeated modules, batch fabrication, protection and preparation for installation.
The project remains under construction. This record will be updated as fabrication and installation progress.
02 / Frame layout
Repeated geometry turns a design language into a buildable system.
Each capsule frame is laid out and checked before assembly. Consistent radii, spacing and connection points are what allow the finished partition to read as one continuous composition.
03 / Batch fabrication
Consistency is produced one module at a time.
Building multiple matching frames as a batch improves repeatability and makes alignment easier to verify before the pieces leave the workshop.
04 / Protected frameworks
Finished geometry still needs careful handling.
Once the frames are fabricated, protection and storage become part of the build. Surface damage or distortion at this stage can affect the final alignment on site.
05 / Installation intent
The final glass will reveal the value of the hidden work.
The completed system is intended to separate space without making it feel closed. The metal rhythm carries the design, while the glass preserves openness and sightlines.

These photographs preserve a part of the project that will soon become invisible. They show why custom fabrication is not limited to the final object: it also includes translating architectural intent into buildable frames, repeated geometry and site-ready assemblies.
When the project reaches its next stage, this journal will return to the same elements during cladding and again after completion.
